Implants and Implant Prostheses

Today, implant applications are one of the most preferred methods in the treatment of tooth deficiencies. In patients without very intense bone resorption, implants can be performed in the same session and there is no difference in terms of success from normal healthy patients. However, in individuals with intense bone resorption, the amount of bone is first increased with some techniques and then implants can be successfully applied to the new bone. With this application, a titanium-containing artificial tooth root is placed in the jaw under local anesthesia instead of the lost tooth, then a prosthesis is made on it and the lost function and aesthetics can be restored to the patients.
